All of our laboratory glassware here are made from 100% borosilicate or laboratory glass. These items are heat-proof, oven-proof, microwave & dishwasher safe. Handled items stay cool if hot liquid is inside! Paint is fired at 1200° F so imprints won't chip or fade. Method of imprinting is silk-screening.

As with most laboratory glassware these mugs are hand crafted/blown and therefore will have some minor imperfections (small bubbles trapped in the glass, slight waves/swirls in the thickness/texture, minor curves to the rim, etc). They will not effect the functionality or general look of the item.
