We offer microwave popcorn bags custom printed in bulk (shipped flat and empty) with your design and information. These are the same high-quality bags that are used for our custom printed microwave popcorn. Microwave heating bags can be used for more than just popcorn. We worked with Himalayan Dog Chew to develop the microwave bags for their Yaky Charms microwavable popping dog treats.

Bags are available both with and without the susceptor patch (“foil” type layer that causes the bag to get extra hot). They are printed in up to 8 colors as a flat sheet (allowing for an imprint on all 4 sides with only 1 plate per color) and then folded and sealed (heat seal adhesive is normally applied to the final opening but not set allowing for filling and sealing later). We can also offer the bags as a roll tube.

There is a FIRM minimum order of 60,000-100,000 bags and lead time of 6-10 weeks depending on the current factory schedule.  Contact us for more information or to request a quote.
