When you really need your shirt custom printed with a full color, high impact design dye-sublimation printing is the way to go. With a custom sublimated T-Shirt, polo, shorts, pants, or other apparel your imprint is dyed directly into the fabric in 4CP (4 color process) of the apparel for a durable, breathable, lightweight customization that is great for performance tshirts and apparel as well as classic cotton/poly blend tee shirt.  Another advantage of sublimation shirt printing is that you can do a much lower quantity of bulk shirts than traditional 4 color process shirt printing.  Your sublimated design can cover part of the shirt or be an all-over (all-over coverage) print that covers the front, back, and sleeves of a t-shirt. For true all over coverage including the seams many items are cut and sewn to order so the fabric can be printed before assembly, ensuring 100% complete coverage of the fabric and fully custom design including thread and trim/hem color matching. 

For a lower-cost option, we also offer water-based dye decoration before the fabric is cut and sewn. This allows for a soft, all-over imprint on basic items like comfort wear, scrubs, boxers, shorts and other simple items.
