Painter's caps are loved for their low cost and retro / classic image. These hats are made with 2 main pieces of fabric (circle top and wrap around band) that can both be printed from edge to edge with large, full coverage designs. Very popular with classic car and motorcycle clubs.

Fabric Types:

PC100 - Poly-felt - white only - this fabric is often referred to as the paper painters cap by paint stores & can be worn a few times or once & disposed of.
PC102 - Non-Woven Polypropylene - This fabric is widely known as the fabric you see re-usable shopping totes made of, it is often referred to as dimple because it feels like it has small dimples when you run your fingers over it.
PC200 - Cotton duck - this is a 100% cotton fabric - white only.
PC300 (White only)/PC310 (Color Fabric)/PC315 (Cloth Bill) - This fabric is a heavier weight material and is often used to make aprons. It is a 65% poly, 35% cotton.
