Because of frequent logo changes you can provide your logo to us in .eps or .ai format

or we can obtain the logo on your behalf.

ImprintItems.com usually requires that we have payment or purchase order ( in the case your company is set up on credit terms) prior to chasing down your current artwork with the corporation.

We do this because we could otherwise spend countless hours getting your logo, and it may result in no revenues for us.

We will be glad to honor your RFP Request for proposal, or RFQ Request for Quote or Quotaion, under the assumption you will provide the proper art file type, or we can get it for you after payment arrangements are made.

Once we have the logo or graphic on file we will keep it on hand for 2 years for use on future promotional product campaigns, promotional product orders, award purchases or other advertising specialites that you may order.

Note, we can handle orders at end of budget year, end of fiscal year, or other situations in which we must invoice you immediately to be sure that funds are budgeted or dispersed before losing them after a purchasing period.
