Often it is necessary to have artwork converted or maybe a you want a website or phone number added to your company logo; we are happy to do this for our clients’ orders.  This ensures that your logo prints clearly and as nicely as possible on your promotional products – who wants a great swag item printed with a grainy logo? Not our clients and not yours either!

But some of our competitors are charging ridiculous prices for this service.

One client, after receiving a quote from us as well as a competitor told us that our art charge was $20 and our competitor quoted $90-$120!!!  For the exact same art project — Wow, that’s a big difference.

All artwork should be provided in .eps or .ai format with all text in outline format, we run Illustrator 10.0 and CS2. Whenever possible, files should be full-size and not compressed or zipped. .pdf files that contain vector based graphics will work.

If your artwork isn’t in .eps or .ai format, Collegiate Concepts can take whatever you have–whether it’s a .jpg, .gif, or a scanned-in napkin –and create the artwork for you.

All art fees will be quoted and need budget approval and payment prior to any design work occurring.
Note, the average art charge even if we are converting from a rough sketch is only $20. Don’t fret, we won’t laugh… Just send us what you have and we will offer an art quote.
