Tommy T.D. Mischke was fired by KSTP and he was one of my favorite hosts.

He and/or his fans are up to a good prank.  Can you imagine the scrap collectors showing up at KSTP tomorrow.

Think Sanford and Son city.

Free Radio Tower (Saint Paul)

AM 1500 KSTP here in Saint Paul is retiring our ‘Tommy Tower,’to make room for a new, better tower. It will be professionally disassembled by our maintenance crew beginning tomorrow Thursday Dec 11th at 8am. It will be dismantled in 12 foot sections. The sections will be free of charge, we are limiting 4, 12ft sections per truck/trailer. The 4 sections will be roughly 350lbs, and are stainless steel. Please bring tie downs. We will begin loading the free antenna sections at 12pm. This will be done on a first come first serve basis.

In interested please be at the station by 12pm with a truck and trailer. Please park in the grass in front of the building facing University Ave.
