These folks understandably would like us to send invoice them after the order is delivered.
Extending credit is risky with the world wide web.
In a few cases we can offer net terms, but usually this is limited to Hospitals, Universities, and Government entities where we are shipping to the main organization’s address.
In these cases, we take a few precautions: get a legitimate purchase order, call the organization to be sure the purchase order is legit…
So how can you trust ImprintItems.com to deliver the product you order on time?
By far the best protection is by paying with a major credit card. All major card companies will help you in the event we do not deliver. Additionally, even the largest clients’ procurement departments prefer the use of a credit card these days. At best, the company or organization ordering a promotional product can get a percentage off the order from the processing company. At minimum, the individual can get points, frequent flyer points, or free something when buying
on a credit or debit card.
