Please note: Slight shifting of logo/text cannot be avoided. As each product is manufactured and logoed individually, up to 3/16" movement in logo alignment may occur. Products are intended for individual use and cannot be compared one to another, current order cannot match previous order. In 4-color process printing, exact color match cannot be achieved. There may be a dramatic difference between the PMS Color noted, screen color shown and printed color. None of these can be considered a defect. Overrun Production Samples: Must be requested and included with original order and cannot be added after a ship date has been assigned Minimum assortment of colors is 100 pieces per color and must be in even increments of 100 pieces (sorry, no exceptions). Assorting colors may result in an ink change charge if ink is not visible on assorted color requested. Blank Goods: We require a minimum of 2 full production days to ship out blanks. Orders received before 5PM PST will ship 2 business days from the day the order is received. Orders received after 5PM PST will be assigned as received the following day. Production Time if blank optional pouch requested is 4 full production days. Blank/Unimprinted product sales are final. Returns cannot be accepted under any circumstances (sorry, no exceptions!).
