11"-12" Latex Party Balloons are an inexpensive way to throw a party, advertise an open house, promote your business, or decorate! Balloons are sure to bring a smile to everyone's faces - both old and young. These USA made balloons are helium quality or can be filled with air. Air-filled balloons will not float. 11" Latex balloons will float for 12-24 hours under normal conditions. Helium Capacity is .5 cubic feet - Plan decorating/inflation times accordingly. Ask us about Cut String or Cut Curling Ribbon for helium filled balloons or ask us about Air-filled accessories like sticks and cups. Custom silk screen balloons are printed when partially inflated to ensure a larger imprint when fully inflated. Balloons are a biodegradable and can be kept for 6-12 months in a cool, dark place.
