With its big, goofy smile and shock of orange "hair", this floss dispenser meets FDA requirements and includes almost 200 feet of waxed floss. A concealed safety cutter is built in, and these are even refillable. Warning: Choking Hazard - Small Parts. Not for children under 3 years.
