1-Color Custom Glued Edge Forms - 8 1/2" x 14"

You and your clients will "stick" together when you use this practical marketing tool! These custom edge glued carbonless forms have 2 or 3 parts and a glued edge across the top. These forms offer consecutive numbering in black up to 6 digits (ex: 1001). If starting number isn't indicated, 1001 will be used. The forms are 8 1/2" x 14" with 3/8" margins around the entire form.
