Use this marketing tool to make ordering easier for you and your clients! These custom edge snap set carbonless forms have 2, 3, or 4 parts, and a perforated tab across the side. There is consecutive numbering in black up to 6 digits (ex: 1001). If starting number isn't indicated, 1001 will be used. These forms are over 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" in size, no greater than 8 1/2" x 11", and have 3/8" margins around the entire form.
