PM2.5 Activated Carbon Filters are designed for washable masks and face coverings with a replaceable filter pocket. PM2.5 refers to atmospheric particulate matter (PM) that has a diameter of less than 2.5 micrometers, which is approx. 3% the diameter of a human hair. Blocks dust, haze, vehicle exhaust, air pollution. Made from 5 Layers of material: 2 layers of melt-blown cotton, activated carbon fiber and 2 layers of non-woven fabric. Suggested replacement: every 2 weeks of full use. This is not a medical device. Our masks, face shields, and filters are not a replacement for medical grade equipment and are intended for personal, civilian use only. Masks, face coverings, and filters can help minimize the spread of Covid-19 when other recommended measures pose a challenge in public areas.
