Item #1230 Two Blade Foil Cutter

Two blade foil cutter. There are two levels on both cutting wheels, 1/4" apart. The top level is for wider flange bottles; the lower level is for all other bottles. Two anti-slip rollers firmly guide the cutting wheels for a good, even cut.
