The pole pocket is heavy and durable for extra strength. Distance between the bottom of the banner and the pole is 32 11/16". This kit comes with hardware, a carrying case and water ballast included with scissor base (indoor/outdoor). Outdoor use has a 90 day warranty on graphics - indoors has a 1 year warranty on graphics.
