They are mildew-proof and easy to clean - simply rinse them with water. The coasters have a cork backing and the stand has foam feet to protect surfaces from scratches. We recommend that you avoid printing solid color backgrounds on the ceramic as the ink may appear uneven due to different absorption rates of the ink on the porous surface.
