Item #E6211 Cold and Hot Pack

Reusable dual purpose cold and hot pack, provides either flexible ice or soothing heat. .3mm matt PVC. Cold use: store pack in freezer for at least two hours. Wrap in a lightweight towel before use. Hot use: place pack in heated water for 10 minutes (do not use microwave to heat the pack). Remove pack from water with tongs. Wipe Dry. Touch briefly to check for desired temperature. If it's too hot, let it cool.
