This collapsible nylon crop monitoring ring for plant measurement is used to assess plant health and plant stem density. This fabric circle has spring wire in the outside hoop to hold it open when in use and it can be collapsed and stored in the included fabric pouch. Use this plant calculation tool to indicate if a stand should be kept in production or rotated out, to calculating plan growth, whether fields should be replanted, available forage, calculate weight in lbs./pounds, plant and stem / plant density of alfalfa, grass legumes, canola, field beans, soybean and other plants. Useful in plant / crop diagnostics and for calculating economic thresholds for insects and pests, including alfalfa weevil, Diamondback moths, and Bertha army worms. Use this crop circle to quickly measure stems, plants, and insects per square foot. Can be used to forecast harvest loss for hard red spring wheat, durum, flax, barley, oats, sunflower, corn, and beans.
