Our blowouts use a white plastic mouthpiece (plain or noisemaker) with a paper blow out. You can print your logo on our 2.5″ paper medallion that is glued to the mouthpiece of our stock paper blowouts (bottom row in photo, your choice of striped or solid red) or with an order of 2500 or more can do a custom printed paper blowout (~11.75" x 1.25" when folded). Base price includes a 1 color imprint on white for custom designs. Addtional imprint colors are available quoted on request.
