Compostable soft sided plastic cups may warp if exposed to temperatures above 105 degrees Fahrenheit or turn cloudy and grainy in hot sunlight. Every effort is made in packing to protect the finish but it may show scratches from hard impacts in shipping. This is unavoidable and not a defect. Factory cannot be held responsible for credits or re-makes due to rough handling in transit.
