Returns cannot be accepted under any circumstances (sorry, no exceptions!). 4-Color Process Digital Direct, Heat Transfer or Dye Sublimation Printing Please Note: All of our digital 4 color process printing methods (dye-sublimation, heat transfer and direct) utilize specialized computer printers to transfer your image onto our products. This print method uses CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black) ink colors and not pre-mixed PMS inks (which are used in silkscreen and pad printing). Therefore, exact PMS color matching is not possible and we cannot issue credits, refunds or accept returns for an issue relating to a requested PMS color match. We can only do our best to match your colors as closely as possible. Assorted Colors: Minimum assortment per color is 500 pieces and must be in even increments of 500 pieces (sorry, no exceptions).
