When cleaning the product, do not use bleach or products containing chlorine. This item should not be microwaved, used in dishwasher or frozen. IMPORTANT NOTICE 1. Uses Madeira thread 2. Orders MUST be submitted with either a Madeira thread color or a PMS (Pantone Coated) color. 3. ALL customers *even ones providing their own production files (DST, EMB & PDF) MUST submit their orders with files that show accurate color values & orientation/placement of the art on the item. 4. Failure to do the above will result in a delay of proofing & possibly production.
