Blueprint and plan tote with 1" webbing wrap-around carry handle and drawstring closure with cord lock. It provides optimum protection from the elements, features water repellent 200 denier fabric, and will accommodate plans up to 5" diameter. Overall flat dimensions 34" x 8". Made in the USA.
