Simply give us the new recipient's name and we will etch a blue crystal plaque plate and send it to you. No screws, no glue, no complicated assembly-- just slide the new plaque plate in place and you're ready to roll. Made from nine pounds of pure optic crystal, the Forte holds up to 13 names. Please note that the price includes one plaque plate only. Additional plates are priced as shown.
