Stretchable fabric chair back covers with a stock design of SEAT UNAVAILABLE white text on a black background (the design is on both sides of the band). These chair bands measure ~12.5 inches wide by 8 inches tall but can stretch to meet the demands of a seat up to about 42" in total circumference (the distance around the seat).
