This new insurance cardholder kit includes the stock "what to do at a scene of an accident" information printed on top of your custom logo or copy on the cover. Also included inside is the Accident Report Form which helps you to collect the information needed from the parties involved in an accident as well as an Accident Diagram Map for efficient insurance reporting. The insurance card opens on the long side and makes inserting the accident report form easier. Also available in Special Copy-Guard Vinyl (See Item #803LICCG)
