Weighted handles and integrated knife rests prevent blades from touching work surfaces when placed down. Set includes 8'' bread knife, 6.5'' chef's knife, 5.5'' santoku knife, 4.5'' serrated knife, 3.5'' paring knife and rotating knife block. Rotating knife block features vertical slots for easy access and non-slip base. Knives are hand wash recommended - not dishwasher safe. Carousel - wipe clean with a damp cloth. BPA free
