The Leatherman Raptor Rescue shears features the necessary tools for uniformed response professionals to safely and quickly go to work in an emergency situation. Features include 420HC stainless steel folding, medical shears, strap cutter, ring cutter, ruler, oxygen tank wrench, carbide glass breaker, lanyard hole, replaceable pocket clip, glass-filled nylon handle scales, and MOLLE compatible injection-molded polymer holster. Shear is 1.9" long, item is 5" closed. Laser engrave the back side of the scissor blade. Made in the USA of US & Foreign Components. (90 to 95% of materials from USA, 5 to10% from imported materials. None from China.). Made in the USA, not subject to tariffs.
