Please note: Slight shifting of logo/text cannot be avoided. As each product is manufactured and logoed individually, up to 3/16" movement in logo alignment may occur. Products are intended for individual use and cannot be compared one to another, current order cannot match previous order. In 4-color process printing, exact color match cannot be achieved. There may be a dramatic difference between the PMS Color noted, screen color shown and printed color. None of these can be considered a defect. Blank Goods: We require a minimum of 2 full production days to ship out blanks. Orders received before 5PM PST will ship 2 business days from the day the order is received. Orders received after 5PM PST will be assigned as received the following day. Blank/Unimprinted product sales are final. Returns cannot be accepted under any circumstances (sorry, no exceptions!). Overrun Production Samples: Must be requested and included with original order and cannot be added after a ship date has been assigned We cannot guarantee aligned fold. Please note: The dye-sublimation printing process uses a computer printer to generate a heat transfer to transfer the image onto the fabric. As a result, PMS inks cannot be matched exactly.
