Overrun Production Samples: Must be requested and included with original order and cannot be added after a ship date has been assigned Blank Goods: We require a minimum of 2 full production days to ship out blanks. Orders received before 5PM PST will ship 2 business days from the day the order is received. Orders received after 5PM PST will be assigned as received the following day. Blank/Unimprinted product sales are final. Returns cannot be accepted under any circumstances (sorry, no exceptions!). Material Color: Material color may vary from shipment to shipment and dye lot to dye lot. The physical color of an object depends on how it absorbs and scatters light. No electronic device can truly capture actual color and in most cases the way each person experiences color is entirely subjective. Innovation makes no claims regarding color consistency for repeat orders and if material color is critical to your customer, samples must be ordered in advance.
