Imprint Colors Available on Pouch: White on Black Pouch Only. White, Black, Metallic Gold & Metallic Silver on all other colored pouches. White ink on red pouch is not recommended. Due to the pouch fiber construction, the red pouch fibers may extend through the white ink over time and produce a slightly pink hue which cannot be avoided and is not considered a defect. Do not talk on phone while plugged into wall charger. Powerbank not recommended for use with tablet. Slight shifting of logo/text cannot be avoided. As each product is manufactured and logoed individually, up to 3/16" movement in logo alignment may occur. PMS inks are mixed by hand with some variation. Mixed colors will be close and cannot be exact or compared to e-proofs. None of these can be considered a defect. Products are intended for individual use and cannot be compared one to another. Overrun Production Samples: Must be requested and included with original order and cannot be added after a ship date has been assigned Blank Goods: We require a minimum of 3 full production days to ship out blank kits. Orders received before 5PM PST will ship 3 business days from the day the order is received. Orders received after 5PM PST will be assigned as received the following days.Blank/Unimprinted product sales are final. Returns cannot be accepted under any circumstances (sorry, no exceptions!). Material Color: Material color may vary from shipment to shipment and dye lot to dye lot. The physical color of an object depends on how it absorbs and scatters light. No electronic device can truly capture actual color and in most cases the way each person experiences color is entirely subjective.
