Item #PG-30 Pain Assessment Card, Full Color

Assessing a patient's pain level can be challenging for medical staff. This visual card helps simplify that process. The plastic chart displays six different cartoon faces, ranging from crying to very happy, on one side. It is used to gauge the patient's current pain level and to compare it with their pain level from the previous day.
