Item #995 Stainless Steel PDC Wear Gauge

Durable USA made stainless steel PDC Wear Gauge used to measure wear on cutters utilized on industrial bits for the mining & oil industries. 6.4375" x 2.125" x .032" when extended & 3.5" x 2.125" when folded. Two pieces manufactured, printed, machined and assembled together in house from raw stainless steel sheets. The triangular piece is the pointer and the rectangular is the base. Etch and color filled 1 color, including approximate PMS match, excluding yellow & orange on etched products. The base measures the wear on hose connections while the pointer measures nozzle opening 32nds of an inch. Offered imprinted 2 sided with scales/custom imprint on both sides of both pieces. We are sourced and manufactured within the US and there are no port delays, customs delays or additional tariffs.
