Make sure your advertising really sticks when you use these Permanent Decals! Made of a four mil white vinyl, they feature a permanent adhesive back. Meant for indoor or outdoor use, they have an outdoor durability of up to four years. They have a clear, water-based adhesive and an 83 pound silicone-coated paper liner.
