It is USB powered for maximum convenience and portability, simply connect the provided USB cable to a power source or your power bank not included to the USB C port on the heating pad. There is also a convenient sleeve on the side to hold your power bank during use. To activate, press and hold the power button on the heating pad for about 3 seconds to turn on the heating pad. There are three power levels: Red is high approx. 140 degrees, blue is medium and green is low approx. 120 degrees. The elastic strap fits through a belt loop to fit most waist sizes.
