Item #GP22 Icy Hot Gel Pack Pain Relief
Take care of injuries from sprains, strains, bumps and bruises, overexertion and more with these reusable hot and cold packs. Made of pliable plastic, this pas has a square shape and is filled with non-toxic silica gel. To use for heat therapy, place into a 1000 watt microwave oven for 22 seconds -- avoid overheating to protect the integrity of the pad and avoid burns and scalds. For cold therapy, place in the freezer for at least two hours. Clear design. Product is unimprinted.
