Cut from the center of the prime rib, its buttery richness and tenderness is unsurpassed, making it an all-time steakhouse favorite. Whether grilled or seared in a cast iron skillet, every heavenly mouthful will make you hungry for more...at least until you've demolished the last bite. Each steak is 14 oz. Available in sets of 2 or 4 steaks. Our drop ship program was designed so that your order will be shipped to each of your clients directly, by us, on your behalf. Every shipment that is sent out is subject to a drop ship fee. This fee covers the processing of your drop ship mailing list and the exterior shipping mailer. Our proteins are vacuum-sealed and then packed with dry ice in an insulated shipping mailer to maintain the temperature. The cost of the dry ice is included. All orders must ship accordingly to arrive within 2 days at the destination. Freight charges are additional, or you may use your own UPS or FEDEX account #. We do not ship proteins outside of the continental US. Instructions for handling dry ice are included in each shipment along with a QR code with cooking directions. Proteins should be refrigerated upon arrival and cooked or frozen within 5 days of delivery.
