Richardson 112 Trucker caps with a sewn-on Cork patch. All of our cork patches are heat sealed for placement and sewn onto the hat with our Wheat colored thread. Real Cork sheet stock is cut down to shape and laser engraved with your logo or message. All production is completed in Mount Pleasant, Iowa to ensure speedy production and maintain our quality internally. Production time is 5-10 business days, check with factory on super fast rush orders with tighter time frames. Patches are manufactured in and hats decorated in Mount Pleasant, Iowa, USA to ensure fast production time and speedy delivery. 5-10 day production and low 24 piece minimum. Hats are not made in USA and speed of production is dependent on domestic availability of the blank hats. Cork sheet stock is not made in USA.
