Protect your COVID vaccination record card with this handy card holder! Made of vinyl, each holder measures 3.37"H x 4.5"W and easily stores the 3"H x 4"W government-issues vaccinated card. It comes in several fantastic colors and you can add your company name or logo and give it out to your clients. Please note: Record Card sizes may vary per state and Vaccination Cards are not included. Please see product 1609 for a larger version of this Vaccination Card Holder.
