Just tuck or untuck the padded back straps from the back sleeve pocket. It's made of polyester 600 denier and features include reinforced webbed carry handles with comfort grip, a zippered main compartment with a padded sleeve for a laptop of up to 17", a full-width zipper pocket on the front with a built-in slot for earphones, a detachable, adjustable shoulder strap, and a reinforced carry handle.
