We can apply leather patches to any hat blank and price our hats based on the blank hat cost. This is our Tier One leather patch hat and beanie listing. This listing is for the custom 100% full-grain leather patch glued and machine-stitched to a Richardson R18 or R55 beanie or a similarly priced hat or beanie blank. The super soft acrylic knit 9 1/2-in slouch beanie is available in several colors upon request. Add your logo to our patches and make a stylish accessory pop. We use 4/5oz leather for all of our hat patches. Patches are branded with the desired logo, glued for accuracy, and hand-sewn onto each hat. Patches are available in multiple shapes. Please understand branding heads are patch shape specific. They can be assembled on the center or left side of the hats, or a mixture!
