Vino Gauge™ Wine Preserver Pump, Stainless Steel. Quick, smart, and clever. Simply pump up and down after placing the unit into the bottle. As you pump and the vacuum inside the bottle increases, you will see numbers beginning to rise into the "H-L" window. When finished pumping, those numbers are actually the date dial function. Just twist the handle to the date you sealed the bottle. Compact enough for easy storage.
