Wellness journal with 80 sheets (5" x 7"), designed to track diet, exercise, blood pressure and more. Features a durable thick 50 pt. cover foil stamped with your logo in one standard color. Inside pages are printed front and back on quality 60 lb. paper with a fill-in-the-blank guide for wellness and nutrition logs. Heavyweight black plastic back cover includes an elastic closure, bookmark, and pen loop to keep contents secure. A retractable ballpoint pen comes inserted in the loop for added convenience. One color imprint only. Please note: pen color must be selected from red, blue, frost, or black with black ink color. Shipping available within the contiguous United States only. Not available to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
