Our Art Department will review your artwork and let you know if it can be used directly or if we will need to "clean it up" for printing.
All artwork should be provided in a vector format (.eps, .ai, .svg, .pdf) with all text outlined and any full color images at 300 dpi or higher.
Whenever possible, files should be full-size and not compressed or zipped. Note, even if your artwork is saved in one of these formats it may not be a high enough quality for us to use.
If your artwork isn't vector based, we can take whatever you have, whether it's a .jpg, .gif, or a photo of a napkin--and create the artwork for you.
All art fees will be quoted and require prepayment prior to any design work being done. The average art charge, even if we are converting from a rough sketch, is only $20. Don't fret; we won't laugh. Just send us what you have and we will offer an art quote.
If you don't have a specific design in mind and want a quick message, a listing of our most popular fonts is provided and can be viewed HERE. You must mention any specific font you would like when you place your order.
If you are looking to add some stock artwork or clipart to your imprint, we recommend using OpenClipArt.org. All of their artwork is free to download and to use (free unlimited commercial usage).

Note: Colors shown are only approximate, they may vary from one monitor or printer to the next. If it is important that you have an exact color match, we suggest you visit a local print shop and ask to view their actual Pantone Chart.
We can mix any of the pantone colors shown on
the PMS chart for screenprinting
on t-shirts, sweatshirts, and other garments. However, for your convenience, and to save you ink color match charges, we offer some inks that are available in stock at no charge. See our in stock screen print ink colors.

If your design is in any of these formats, please call for an art quote after e-mailing or faxing your design or rough sketch. Please fax designs to 651-638-2221 or send e-mail to email@example.com.
Screens are created on a per order basis; therefore, each order is subject to a screen order charge. The screen charge does not give the customer ownership of printing screen. We will email you an art proof for approval before submitting your order to production. The cost of purchasing the screen is printed below, along with other printing fees. Art charges and screen charges apply only for use at Collegiate Concepts. If other outputs are required, please ask when you place your order.

Actual framed printing screens are typically used for art classes and special events when the clients print their garments themselves. A 15" x 16" screen is $100 per color.
Digitizing is the process of converting your logo or design into a special
computer file which enables certain types of equipment to embroider your design.
A typical left-chest or hat-sized design will cost $75 to $150 to setup for embroidiery on Collegiate Concepts equipment. If your design consists only of simple words and your design requires no specific font, you may be able to waive this setup fee.
In-stock logos (for example, shamrocks, stars, or cows) are available merged with simple text for a setup fee of $25.

The digitizing fee is for Collegiate Concepts equipment only. If you require a backup of the design, you may request one when placing your order; however, these are not guaranteed to work on other embroidery equipment.

We are not approved to print all College and University logos on shirts or promotional products. We typically can do so on products that are not intended for re-sale. For example, if the Admissions office wants to give away pens printed with the college logo while recruiting incoming students, this is usually alright. For more information click here
ImprintItems.com has many large companies' logos on hand or can obtain them on your behalf. Small to mid-sized companies may be available, but it is best if you email them to us in .ai or .eps or other camera ready formats.
