I have always been a huge fan of office fidget gadgets. I loved going to my dad’s office because he had so many of those little executive “toys,” one with blue and red water drops that rolled down little steps inside of a clear plastic ball, the sand-rake thing, a squishy car-shaped stress ball…it was FUN to visit dad at work!

Now, when I peek at my co-workers’ desks, I see light-up pens, a stressball earth, and tangles.

Tangles are one of the best! The summer camp I grew up attending sold tangles printed with the camp’s name at the little gift shop along with t-shirts and things you always forget to bring to camp like toothpaste.

One year, all the girls in my cabin each bought a tangle and clicked them all together to make a giant tangle! We were so cool.

I guess our camp was pretty smart: a company name looks great on a tangle, and picture your clients and potential clients fidgeting with a tangle –with your logo on it!– every time they are on hold or a long phone conversation!
