Towards the end of a long work day, I made a humorous blunder while on the phone with a client, finalizing her order for water bottles.

First I asked her, “What bottle color would you like?”

Then I asked her, “Which imprint items color would you like?” (meaning what imprint color!)

Guess that’s what happens when you say Imprint Items together all day long!

At least we all got a good chuckle out of it.

If only she had been ordering our Value Line 3M Post it Notes…since they come standard with a 4 color process imprint, there is no need to ask which imprint color.  You can get as many colors as you like!
