The blade is unsharpened and made of high carbon Damascus Steel. It is exquisitely executed with a high contrast etched design pattern and comes with a satin finish knife guard. To ensure your safety, this should only be used by an experienced sommelier trained in the art of sabrage. Packaged in a beautiful solid wood box.
